Kuala Lumpur Airport Terminal 2
Kuala Lumpur Airport Terminal 2, also known as KLIA 2, handles exclusively low cost flights.
It comprises a Main Terminal Building, a Satellite Building and a mall, connected by an airbridge.
Transfer Between Terminals
Free transfer service between KLIA and Klia2 is now available for passengers with interconnected flights.
Note that the service has to be booked in advance.
MAIN TERMINAL BUILDING
This terminal is the largest terminal built for low cost airlines in the region.
Level 2
It is the Arrivals Hall, with Immigration and Customs, baggage claiming, access to hotel, transportation hub, train and railway station.
Level 3
Departures area. Check-in, immigration and security check takes place here.
International Departures are located to the right: Gates with prefixes L, P and Q.
Domestic Departures are located in the left side, with prefixes J and K. Shops, restaurants and duty free available.
The Skybridge links the main terminal building and the satellite building at klia2. Passengers can go walking from one point to another.
SATELLITE
In the Satellite building passengers will find the International Piers (Pier P & Pier Q). They handle international flights.
There are shops and facilities too.
GATEWAY@KLIA2 MALL
It is a 4 level facility, a really big mall with lots of shops and retails.
Find it landside, before entering to the Main building.
